For the past 25 years I have worked collaboratively with individuals (adolescents 
and adults) and couples to successfully identify and address individual and relational issues. 
I will remain open to you, your concerns, your style, and your ideas about what you want to change in your life. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family therapist since 1983, and have trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including trainings specifically relating to couples, relationships and intimacy, and mind/body therapies that help to integrate emotional work with the physical, for a more holistic approach. I believe we can constantly grow and change through all stages of life. This is true whether we are adolescents or adults of any age. Relationships between couples or between parents and children can evolve and be healed. I will create a safe space where, together, we 
will try to understand your wounds as well as your strengths. Through this process it is possible to gain a new perspective, reach a deeper
